  In the case of litigation only the court of Nice can be referred to. The different possibilities of payment as well as the place of delivery  can, in no way, change this jurisdiction clause.

• RESPONSIBILITY:
  dch-Informatique has a simple obligation of contract. In no way, dch-Informatique can be held responsible for the destruction or the deterioration of files or programs. The customer must avoid or reduce these risks by regularly saving his data files, programs and thus his information altogether.

• CONFIDENTIALITY:
  dch-Informatique will respect the confidentiality of the data and information given or communicated to it by the customer within the framework of its intervention.

• PAYMENTS:
  Our invoices are to be paid cash and without discount on reception, at the latest before the date mentioned on the invoice. Each invoice which has not been paid after the date expires, will be increased by an interest rate of 1.5% per month.
